Description

Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! was a mobile runner game developed and published by King and released worldwide in 2021. I joined the team during the production phase and designed dozens of levels including standard progression levels, collection runs, and challenge runs that tested the abilities of our most experienced players.

Beach Jungle – Break All The Crates

This is an optional challenge level in the Beach Jungle land in Crash on the Run. To win this level the player needs to break all the crates, including Nitro and TNT ones, and get to the end. This is done by spinning or sliding into them, as well as by using the throwable boomberry pickup to hit crates far away. The player needs to think carefully, plan ahead, and execute their moves perfectly to solve all the fast-paced puzzles the level has to offer.

Beach Jungle – Get To The End

This is an optional challenge level in the Beach Jungle land in Crash on the Run. To win this level the player simply needs to get to the end. The real challenge lies in unlocking the way forward by defeating enemies, blowing up explosive crates, destroying crates that materialize hidden platforms, and dodging treacherous obstacles. As an added bonus, the level was designed with the optional objective of being able to defeat all enemies in mind.
